Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you are displeased with the services/products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of coaching sessions and workshops, no refund will be offered upon cancellation from your side or no-show.

Refund Policy

Refund policy is stated on the product/service description page. Kindly read the fine print before purchasing.

Any physical product with a manufacturing defect will be refunded for. However, such a defect has to be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item with a photo/video proof.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, name payments refund will be made to the same account.
