HI folks! Donna here and it’s finally my turn to share with you my take on this month’s challenge: Rainbow colors
I made 2 layouts and a mini-album to give your creativity a jumpstart, an inspiration to join us again this month 🙂

First is this page.. a very personal one since it’s about my pregnancy.
I created the colorful background by painting on watercolor paper. I just used ordinary watercolors. I let it dry on its on for several hours before adhering to the base cardstock. I used white base cardstock since I’d be adding very colorful embellishments later on.

whew! I hope you’re still with me 😉 Next is my tutorial of how I created this last project….
“You color my world” – photo of my precious niece who lives in Singapore with her parents, siblings and my mom. She’s my first niece and she’s like a daughter to me. Missing her dearly.
First, I want to show how I created my hand-written page title. After painting a small sheet of watercolor paper with rainbow colors as seen in the image, I used a pencil to write the words “You color my world”. Then using a black Sakura gel pen (my favorite – I have 5 of these and it has been years since I purchased them, still working!). Let it dry completely before fuzzing cutting around the finished title work.
Now let’s start with the page assembly.
On a white a cardstock, brush some colors of your choice (I chose red and orange and pink) just slightly as seen in the image.
Adhere a 6×6 paper from the Lemon Lush paper pad.
Place your photos on a mat, only adhere the sides and bottom. We’ll insert a tag later on.
